Who I am

​

I've spent twenty five years inside some of the world's leading professional services and leadership organisations. I've led sales, marketing and go-to-market programmes. I've carried personal revenue targets. I've run a business with equity on the line.

​

I've seen both versions of how growth actually happens. The after-the-fact, polished boardroom story and the messier human reality underneath. That gap is where most commercial strategies fail.

​

I'm drawn to the edges of things. I help complex organisations grow in increasingly difficult markets.

​

I tend to be most useful when the obvious answers have stopped working, and something more aligned to reality is needed.

Working with founders and senior leaders

​

I work directly with owners and senior leadership teams as a senior commercial partner. Not as an outside consultant, but as someone who thinks and operates alongside you. People I work with often say,” we need to be more strategic” but can’t really articulate what’s not working.

​

Usually, it comes down to the same fundamentals and my focus is on the ones that connect directly to revenue: go-to-market strategy, how you position and sell, how your marketing and sales activity actually work together, and how your leadership team is aligned around growth.

I've done this at the highest level inside Korn Ferry, DDI, EZRA and my own company. I know what works and what just looks good.

Leadership Development for a World That Won't Stop Changing
​

The traditional model of leadership development is breaking down. Expensive programmes built on proprietary frameworks and generic assessments are designed for a world that no longer exists. AI is accelerating that redundancy.

​

I'm working on what comes next. The hypothesis is simple: bespoke leadership insight created in real time using AI delivered by experienced humans who know how to turn insight into genuine behaviour change. Faster, more relevant and less expensive. 

​

I've spent twenty-five years inside the organisations that built that old model. I know what it got right and what it got wrong.
